This 3 storey Penthouse apartment in the heart of Perth needed a solution that would provide privacy and insulation but maintain the beautiful Swan River views.

We supplied and installed metallised backed screen blinds to the 3 storey void windows. Using black screens, we maintained the view and reduced the glare while the aluminium backing allowed for optimum insulation. All blinds were motorised and each section could be operated separately to provide coverage from the sun as required. Blockout roller blinds in conjunction with the metallised screens were used on the bottom windows to provide additional privacy from neighbours.

The theatre was completed with wall to wall curtains. Running the curtains wall to wall provided fantastic accoustics in this home theatre. Providing excellent light blockout and fantastic insulation, curtains were the only choice to achieve the best outcome for this purpose built space.
